An unused Starter link pauses after 14 days with no sign-in and no order, and comes back from Plan and billing.
Starter is not billed monthly or yearly. For paid plans, pay monthly or switch to yearly on the pricing picker to save up to 17%. Yearly is billed once per year at the listed annual rate (Pro $100/year, Enterprise $200/year).
Yes. Upgrade or switch billing from Dashboard → Billing whenever your business grows. You are not locked into a marketplace contract — change tiers when your catalog, team, or order volume justifies it.
No. You keep 100% of your profit. Link Mahal charges a flat plan fee only on paid tiers — unlike marketplaces that take 10–15% per order. Your WhatsApp checkout, COD orders, and Instagram traffic stay yours.
Customer checkout supports COD, pickup, bank transfer, Whish Pay (card and digital-wallet gateway), manual Whish Money, and OMT. Starter needs no payment activation. For paid Link Mahal plans, pay instantly with Whish Pay on linkmahal.com or submit a payment request and pay via bank transfer, Whish, OMT, or similar — we confirm and activate manually when needed.
Starter skips payment. Paid plans can use Whish Pay on linkmahal.com (instant) or manual transfer (bank transfer, Whish, OMT, and similar). Submit a payment request from onboarding or billing, then message us on WhatsApp at 79 157 383 if you need help confirming your subscription.
Starter and any other unpaid plan stay online while you sign in or receive orders. If 14 days pass with no merchant sign-in and no new order, the public link and custom domain stop resolving. Your products, slug, and QR code stay. Sign in and choose Reactivate in Plan & billing to bring the same link back. A dashboard countdown starts on day 7, and we email you once on day 10.
Nothing is deleted. You choose which published products and categories stay, up to the Starter limits. If you skip that, we keep the oldest published products and the top menu categories and lock the rest. Locked products stay in your catalog with a Locked badge and are hidden from customers until you upgrade or remove something else.
The domain setting is saved, but the custom domain stops resolving until you are on a plan that includes it. Your linkmahal.com address and QR code stay the same. Upgrading turns the saved domain back on without a new QR code.
