Merchants connect channel and secret credentials in Dashboard → Whish Pay. COD, OMT, pickup, and bank transfer still work alongside it.

Starter is free. To try Pro or Enterprise, it is 14 days for $1, once.
An unused Starter link pauses after 14 days with no sign-in and no order, and comes back from Plan and billing.
Starter and any other unpaid plan stay online while you sign in or receive orders. If 14 days pass with no merchant sign-in and no new order, the public link and custom domain stop resolving. Your products, slug, and QR code stay. Sign in and choose Reactivate in Plan & billing to bring the same link back. A dashboard countdown starts on day 7, and we email you once on day 10.
Nothing is deleted. You choose which published products and categories stay, up to the Starter limits. If you skip that, we keep the oldest published products and the top menu categories and lock the rest. Locked products stay in your catalog with a Locked badge and are hidden from customers until you upgrade or remove something else.
The domain setting is saved, but the custom domain stops resolving until you are on a plan that includes it. Your linkmahal.com address and QR code stay the same. Upgrading turns the saved domain back on without a new QR code.
Yes. Choose USD or LBP when creating your store. LBP stores list prices in USD and show customers Lebanese Pounds using your exchange rate (default 90,000 LBP per $1, adjustable between 89,500 and 100,000) — ideal for sellers in Beirut and across Lebanon who quote in dollars but collect in lira.
After setup, your store lives at linkmahal.com/your-store-name. Copy it from your dashboard overview, share it in your Instagram bio or TikTok, send it in WhatsApp status, or print a QR code from the dashboard — one link works everywhere.
